A real person when it matters
Personal platform support
From registration onward, AvenQuant customers can ask a person to explain platform navigation, verification, funding processes and account documentation.
Request a callback from an account manager.
By creating an account, you agree to our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.
1. Support from the first step
After registration, an account manager calls to explain the onboarding sequence and answer initial operational questions. The call is informational and does not guarantee account approval.
2. What personal support means
Personal support uses your account stage and question to provide relevant instructions instead of sending an unrelated script. Case notes help the next support person understand what has already happened.
Personalisation does not turn support into personal financial advice.
3. Benefits
A named point of contact can reduce repetition during activation, while clear escalation routes send specialist issues to compliance or security. Beginners can ask for plain-language explanations.
Experienced customers can focus on a specific setting or record without repeating general onboarding.
4. What a manager can help with
Help includes activation steps, identity document requirements, platform navigation, calculator assumptions, alerts, payment-method information, withdrawal status and updating personal details.
A manager cannot promise a return, bypass a required review or ask for your password.
5. Who it suits
The service suits customers who prefer a guided start, have limited time to locate documentation or want confirmation before changing an operational setting.
Customers comfortable with self-service can still contact support when an issue falls outside published guidance.
6. Service workflow
- Register using accurate contact details.
- Receive a call and explain what you want to understand.
- Complete activation and required verification.
- Use ongoing support for account and platform questions.
7. Contact channels
Email [email protected] for non-urgent questions and records. A callback may be arranged for guided navigation, while security or complaint cases are routed to the appropriate team.
8. Service hours
Monday to Friday, 9:00–17:30 AET (excluding public holidays). Messages outside service hours are queued, and complex reviews may require more than one response.
9. Deposits, withdrawals and support
Support can explain available AUD methods, required references, verification status and ordinary processing times. It cannot accelerate a bank or ignore lawful ownership checks.
No legitimate agent requires a transfer to a personal account to release funds.
10. Questions about support
Will a manager choose settings for me?
They can explain effects and navigation, but the decision remains yours.
How quickly will I be called?
The target is within 24 hours of registration, subject to service demand and accurate contact details.
Can support see my password?
No. Do not disclose it or a one-time code.
Can I request accessible communication?
Yes. Explain the adjustment you need and the team will consider practical options.
How do I complain?
Use the complaints process and put “Complaint” in the email subject.
11. Speak with a specialist
Use the registration form for a product introduction or write to support for an existing account. Keep the risk disclosure and fee schedule available during the conversation.
