Frequently asked questions

Practical answers about registration, costs, platform tools, risk, security and support for Australian customers.

1. General use

How do I register?

Complete the secure form and wait for an onboarding call. Registration starts an eligibility and verification process; it does not automatically activate trading.

Do I need experience?

No professional experience is required, but you must understand the possibility of loss. The guides and manager explain functions without choosing for you.

Can I use a mobile device?

The responsive interface supports current mobile browsers. For identity and payment tasks, use a private device with updated software.

2. Fees and results

What is the minimum?

The published minimum initial funding is AUD 250, subject to the account documents. A minimum is not a recommended amount.

Where are fees shown?

The fees page summarises common costs and your account schedule controls the exact amount. Bank and conversion charges may be separate.

Is profit guaranteed?

No. Prices can move against a position and automated analysis can be wrong. You may lose part or all of the amount invested.

3. Functions and use

What does automation do?

It applies configured rules to market information and eligible account actions. It does not understand your personal finances or eliminate judgement.

Can I change settings?

Eligible settings and alerts can be adjusted through the account. Review consequences before changing an active configuration.

Can I pause?

Pause controls may stop new eligible activity, but existing positions or pending transactions may still need to be managed.

4. Risk

What are the main risks?

Market movement, volatility, liquidity, execution, technology, provider and currency risk can affect results. Digital assets can be especially volatile.

Do risk controls prevent loss?

No. Controls can limit some exposure but can fail to execute at an exact level during gaps, outages or thin liquidity.

5. Security and accounts

How is access protected?

Controls include multi-factor authentication, monitoring, session management and alerts. Customers must also protect email, devices and credentials.

Does support need my password?

No. Never share a password or one-time code with a caller, and never install remote-access software for account support.

Where are funds held?

The provider and custody arrangement should be identified in your account documents. Ask for clarification before depositing.

6. Deposits and withdrawals

How long does a deposit take?

A supported card or PayID payment may be quick, while bank transfer can take one to three business days. Reviews can extend the time.

How long does a withdrawal take?

Approved requests generally take one to five business days plus receiving-bank time. Incomplete verification can delay approval.

Can I use another person’s account?

Ordinarily no. Payment ownership must match the customer unless a documented lawful arrangement is approved.

7. Help and support

What can a manager explain?

A manager can cover navigation, verification, settings, payment steps and documents. They do not guarantee outcomes or replace independent advice.

How do I report a problem?

Email [email protected] with a concise description and references. Mark suspected security events or complaints clearly.

8. More resources

New customers should read Getting started, Risk disclosure, Fees, Security and Withdrawal policy.

When information conflicts with your signed account documents, pause and ask support which document controls.
