Before making a deposit
Complete required identity checks, review the fee schedule and confirm that the amount is affordable to lose. Do not borrow to fund a speculative trading account or send money because someone claims a deadline is about to expire.
Match the payee and reference exactly to the instructions shown in your secure account. If an email or caller provides different details, stop and confirm through [email protected] using contact information you obtained independently.
Before requesting a withdrawal
Check that the balance is available rather than committed to an open position or pending transaction. Confirm your bank information and respond promptly if a lawful identity or source-of-funds review is required.
Processing estimates begin after a request is complete and approved. Weekends, public holidays, bank reviews and intermediary processing can extend the time before funds appear.
If a payment is delayed
Provide the date, amount, method and transaction reference to support. Never include a full card number, online banking password or security code in an email.
For the rules governing reviews, cancellations and eligibility, read the withdrawal policy. If you believe a complaint has not been handled fairly, the complaints page explains escalation.
