Company profile

Built to make market complexity easier to inspect

AvenQuant brings price, volume, volatility and account information into a structured workspace for Australian customers. Our purpose is not to make risk disappear. It is to help people see the information and controls that matter.

Our purpose

To make complex market information more understandable while keeping each investment decision in the customer’s control. We design explanations for people who may not have professional trading experience, while making the limitations of automated analysis visible.

The platform continuously evaluates market inputs and presents them through configurable tools. Customers remain responsible for their settings, funding decisions and assessment of whether an investment is suitable.

How we work

Product design, client support, security and compliance work as one operating system. Changes to account access, identity checks and customer-facing information are reviewed against Australian obligations and practical customer outcomes.

Our support team helps with navigation, account activation, documented settings and payment-process questions. It does not provide personal financial advice or promise that a configuration will perform in a particular way.

Australian service context

Our customer service hours follow Australian Eastern Time and our payment information is presented in an AUD context. The office is listed as 48 Bunda Street, Canberra ACT 2601, Australia until the final legal address is confirmed by the site owner.

Client onboarding, identity verification and complaint handling are designed with ASIC expectations and access to AFCA external dispute resolution in mind. Formal registration information is confirmed with the relevant provider on request.

Responsible product principles

We separate analytical information from certainty. Projections are labelled as illustrations, risk controls are described as limits rather than protection from all loss, and customer reviews are not presented as proof of future results.

We also design for traceability. Login events, account changes and relevant activity can be reviewed, helping customers and support staff investigate a question with a clear record.

Where to go next

Read the risk disclosure before considering the service, review fees and pricing, or contact our team if a published detail is unclear.
